'The Japan Advertiser, Annual Review: Finance, Industry and Commerce' was a yearly produced review of Japanese finance, industry and commerce. It was produced by newspaper agent 'The Japan Advertiser', and ran from 1928-1940. The Japan Advertiser was 'established by a Scotsborn American, Robert Meiklejohn, in 1891 and owned and run from 1908 to 1940 by an American, B. W. Fleisher, and his son Wilfrid.' (P.
